Linden Elementary School serves about 185 kindergarten through fifth grade students in Show Low, Arizona. At Linden, we empower our students by helping them to realize that “self-effort educates.” Every child deserves a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment—Linden Elementary is that place.

A Message From Our Principal

Dear Families,

Welcome to Linden Elementary! Our teachers and staff are here to help students build positive relationships while developing skills that will take them into the future. A strong foundation in academics, combined with a connection to the community, is the inspiration for many who learn and work at our school.

We are thrilled to be hosting a school-wide kindness program this year. Throughout the year you can expect that your child will be participating in a variety of actives such as kindness lessons and daily acts of kindness challenges. We will also be encouraging them to share kindness at school and in the community. Your child might come home and tell you they were caught being kind. Teachers and staff will be looking for random acts of kindness. When they witness these acts they might give the student a "Caught Being Kind" card. Students can turn these cards in at the front office, and we will enter them into a drawing for special prizes and opportunities. If you happen to notice Linden students being kind out in the community, please let me know! I would love to be able to notice these students as they extend their kindness outside of the school.
